Information We Collect
To use our Platform or be a Promoter, you first need to register for any account (“Account”). When you register for an Account, we collect certain personally identifiable information, which may include:
- Email address;
- Registered business address;
- Telephone number;
- Payment account information to remit payments that we process on your behalf; and
- any other personally identifiable information that we may require from time to time to comply with applicable laws.
In addition, we will collect any personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide when you contact us regarding the Platform or our Services. This information includes personally identifiable information such as your name and email address as well as the comments contained in your message to us.
We use authentication credentials, such as OAuth tokens, to confirm payments and access rights for individual Users (“Tokens”)
Our servers automatically record information (“Log Data”) created by your use of the Platform. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, the referring domain, pages visited, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, and search terms, or other actions, such as interactions with our App. Like many websites, we use “cookie” technology to collect additional usage data and improve our Platform. A cookie is a small data file that is transferred to your computer’s hard disk. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies to better understand how you interact with the Platform, to monitor aggregate usage by both you and your Users, and to provide the features and functionality of the Platform and our Services, including. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personally identifiable information to provide you with the Platform and Services in accordance with our Terms of Service. We use your Account information to direct payments to you. We use your mailing address to determine sales or use tax calculations. We use Tokens to authenticate User privileges and provide the purchased Content to the applicable User.
Disclosure of Your Information
We reserve the right to share your information in order to cooperate with law enforcement proceedings or governmental investigations, such as in response to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, or other legal processes. In addition, in the event of any inquiry or request from any applicable taxing authority, we reserve the right to disclose your financial and payment information and your transaction records to such authority.
We may transfer information about you if Intelivideo is acquired by or merged with another company, after which this information may become subject to a different policy. If this were to occur, we would notify you via email or post a prominent notice on our website before transferring this information.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to collect and disclose information to the furthest extent permitted by law.
Changing or Deleting Your Information
If you have an Account with Intelivideo, you may review, update, correct or delete the personal information in your Account profile by changing your “account settings.” If your personal information changes, or if you cancel your use of our Platform, you may update or delete it by making the change on your Account settings.
Our website may include links to third-party websites that have independent privacy policies. We have no responsibility for the actions or policies of third parties or the content of their websites, their products or their services. We also bear no responsibility for the actions or privacy policies of the owners of our online stores, or the content, services or products of those owners.
Transfer of Information
Your California Privacy Rights
California law permits California residents to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties and, in some cases, affiliates, for those third parties’ and affiliates’ own direct marketing purposes. Intelivideo does not share personal information with third parties or affiliates for those third parties’ or affiliates’ own direct marketing purposes. Any such inquiry must include “California Privacy Rights Request” in the first line of the description and include your name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year, and we are not required to respond to requests made by means other than through this email address or mail address. Although our websites currently do not have a mechanism to recognize the various web browser Do Not Track signals, we do offer our customers choices to manage their preferences that are provided in the previous sections above.
Our web site, resources, and tools are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 years of age to register with Intelivideo or to provide any personal information to us.
